I started this company because too many families were signing loan documents they didn't understand. I'm here to change that — one borrower at a time.
— Jamie Jackson, Founder
Before becoming a mortgage broker, I spent years as a manufactured home dealer — helping families find homes, negotiate deals, and navigate the buying process. It was rewarding work. But I kept running into the same problem.
Families who had already financed a manufactured home had no idea what they'd agreed to. They didn't know their interest rate. They didn't know how much they owed. Some didn't even know their lender's name. On the other side, buyers who wanted to purchase a manufactured home didn't realize financing was even an option.
That gap — between what lenders were communicating and what borrowers actually understood — is what brought me to this work. In 2022 I became a licensed mortgage broker with one focus: manufactured home financing, and one standard: every borrower leaves the process understanding exactly what they signed.
The manufactured home market is underserved in a very specific way. It's not that lenders don't exist — it's that the ones who do often treat borrowers as transactions rather than people making one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. I built this company to be the alternative to that experience.
You can apply directly with a major chattel lender — many people do. Here's an honest look at what that experience typically looks like compared to working with a broker who specializes in exactly this.
I'm not chasing a commission at any cost. If you're not a good fit for a loan right now, I'll tell you that — and tell you what would need to change to get there. Straight answers only, even when they're not what you hoped to hear.
Some people want to understand every detail of their financing before they fill out a single form. Others want to jump straight into the application. I ask which you prefer — and I adjust. Your process should fit your needs, not mine.
Call or text me. I respond. I send reminders when documents are due. I follow up when I haven't heard from you in a while. I stay in your corner from application to closing — because that's what service actually means.
I take the time to explain the financing — the rates, the terms, the fees, and what they mean for your situation. Not because I'm required to, but because a borrower who understands what they're signing is a borrower who stays in their home.
Whether you're ready to apply or just want to understand your options first, I'm here. No pressure, no sales pitch — just honest answers.
